Job Description


Topographic and geodetic survey supervision shall include without limitation:

• Accuracy inspection of SP or RP (array station) offset from the project location. Preliminary total offset (array station) inspection shall be performed using Mesa software (or equivalent) on a scanned topographic base at 1:25,000 scale or high resolution satellite images. Further to the preliminary offset inspection, the Supervisors shall select the array stations with the seemingly most unjustified offset from the project location, and check the objectivity for their offsets in the field. When examining the offset objectivity, the Supervisors shall be governed by the Company’s Regulations on Array Station Offset (Appendix 1 hereto).

• Correctness examination of SP and RP elevation points acquired during topographic and geodetic survey shall be performed using Mesa software (or equivalent) through correlation of the elevation points obtained from SPS files with the elevation points on the topographic base at 1:25,000 scale or larger.

• Accuracy correction of array stations stakeout and the horizontal and vertical tie-in thereof by way of re-measuring with satellite positioning facilities in RTK mode to be determined by the Project Manager in advance.

• All violations detected during the topographic and geodetic survey supervision shall be registered in a separate Quality Assessment Certificate for the performance of topographic and geodetic works by the Seismic Service Provider and in Interim Acceptance and Quality Assessment Certificates for methodological and technological control.



• At least 5 to 10 years’ experience



• Good Communication Skills in RUSSIAN & English languages.
