Job Description

Job Title:                 Supervisor (Operations)

Department:            Operations

Project Type:           Onshore

Project Area:            Middle East

Project Location:      Saudi Arabia

Contract Type:         Permanent with 63 off days / year which can be divided into several rotations.

                               Company ensures 3 travels / year

Start date:               Immediately

Contract Period:       2 years +

Salary:                    Negotiable

Education:                

o Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Project Management or other related field chartered in relevant discipline.

 

Experience:             

o 5 years’ experience in the same position in the oil and gas industry.

 

Key Specification:

o Supervise site foreman and labor force.        

o Determine the effective method to be utilized in within the scope of project.

o Manage the resources to ensure on time project completion.

 

Responsibilities:

o Adhere to Company’s Safety and Quality Policies, Rules and Regulations, as well Clients specific policies.

o Work in accordance with Company’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System

o Job site evaluation and identification of special resources and equipment

o Planning and Management of resources in a cost effective manner

o Determination of the most effective method for project completion

o Co-ordination of all site based activities and liaison between on-site personnel and departments.

o Updating of project progress to planning department and immediate supervisor

o Liaison between client representatives and Company to address any on site conflicts

o Adhere to Project Specific Quality and Test Plans, Method Statements and Client Requirements.

o Prepare, collate, collect and issue relevant documentation required for invoice preparation.

o Monitor staff performance and provide information for performance review and the identification of training needs.

o Manage a multi-national workforce and respect individual’s religious and cultural differences.

o Carry out any reasonable task as assigned by the immediate line supervisor.
